Policies
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the workshops offered and having to purchase materials in advance for them,
the refund policy is as follows:
One week prior -- 100% refund
Less than one week prior -- studio credit
24 hours or less -- no refund or credit
If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, bad weather or other circumstances, a refund or rescheduling will be offered
Unless stated in the class description, workshops for children are drop-off.
Caregivers however are welcome to stay if they choose.

Parents/guardians must fill out a waiver form for students under 18.
Please indicate any special conditions or circumstances to the instructor prior to the class.

If a child engages in disruptive or unruly behavior,
the instructor unfortunately will contact the guardian for immediate pickup.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES
​
Please refrain from visiting the studio if you have COVID symptoms
or have knowingly come into direct contact with anyone who has tested positive for the virus.
​
Due to social distancing, there are limited spots available in classes so booking in advance is required.
​
Masking is optional at this point when attending workshops in the studio.
